1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vestra's services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Important: By using our services, you are legally bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Vestra Drive, you confirm your agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. Modifications
We may update these Terms occasionally. The current terms for every Vestra service are the central Vestra Terms, which prevail if this page differs. Significant changes receive reasonable advance direct notice where practicable, and affected recurring services can be cancelled before the change takes effect.
Note: We ask for fresh agreement where notice alone cannot fairly or lawfully make a change effective.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Our Privacy Policy explains our current approach to children's data.
5. User Accounts
Users are responsible for their account credentials. You agree not to share your login with others. Account deletion and the different retention criteria for account, content, security, legal and backup records are explained in our Privacy Policy.
Security Notice: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Keep your credentials secure.
6. Services Provided
Vestra Drive provides CDN and file sharing/hosting. Service availability may vary and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
Disclaimer: Our drive servers require basic maintenance, and we may run into technically difficulties which may temporarily disrupt our services.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services, including, but not limited to, hosting illegal content, or breaching any applicable law.
Prohibited Activities: Violation of acceptable use policies may result in account suspension or termination. This does not remove any statutory refund or other legal right.
Examples of prohibited use: distribution of adult content, malware, or any illegal activities.
8. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed through the payment provider identified in our Privacy Policy. Statutory cancellation and refund rights are not restricted by any goodwill policy.
Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, for the same billing period and at the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time online through your account or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and your service continues until then. We will notify you in advance of any price change before it applies to a renewal.
Cancellation rights: The central Vestra Terms explain statutory cancellation, proportionate service deductions, immediate digital content and any additional goodwill policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials related to Vestra are the property of Vestra or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without permission.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms or engaging in harmful behavior. Users may cancel at any time via their account or a support ticket.
Termination Process: We may give notice and an opportunity to resolve a violation where appropriate. We may act immediately where reasonably necessary to address serious abuse, illegality, or a security risk.
11. Disclaimers
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing on this page removes consumer statutory terms or remedies, including reasonable care and skill and, where applicable, satisfactory quality, fitness for a disclosed purpose and conformity with description.
Availability: Any published uptime figure is a target unless a product-specific written SLA expressly says otherwise.
12. Legal Compliance
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that their content, activity, and use of Vestra services comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the UK Online Safety Act 2023.
Hosting or protecting age-restricted, harmful, or illegal content using Vestra Drive is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any content or services found to be in violation.

13. Limitation of Liability
For business customers, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Vestra is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from service use. For consumers, exclusions and caps apply only where lawful and fair and do not restrict statutory rights or remedies.
Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Governing Law
The central Vestra Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory protections and access to any court that applicable consumer law permits.
Jurisdiction: Business disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
15. Delayed Acceptance
In limited circumstances, support may approve deferred acceptance of revised Terms. The process and limits are described in the central Vestra Terms. Contact [email protected] for review.
